Custom Weapons - Operator Builder

• Added section for custom weapons in the Operator Builder
• Added the IWI Tavor 21 provided by GrumpyPaladinCC

Custom weapons can be sent via the official Discord server. Please do only send a request if you have an image of the weapon in the style shown above.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed weapon/gadget names that had multiple spaces in it rendering with an underscore
• Fixed some issues when saving an operator
